Duke Kunshan University is now accepting applications for the new international Master of Environmental Policy (iMEP) Program. The iMEP program is a two-year degree offered jointly by Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy and Nicholas School of the Environment. Students will study core courses in both environmental management and public policy at Duke Kunshan University (China) and Duke University (United States). Combining a world-class faculty, a cutting-edge research center, a multi-culture experience and an innovative curriculum, the Master of Environmental Policy Program prepares students for unparalleled career opportunities. Students of the iMEP program emerge with the skills they need to forge evidence-based environmental policy solutions in the public and private sectors. They will have access to a host of resources including research opportunities at the Environmental Research Center, career coaches, workshops, webinars, career fairs, library resources and proprietary job databases. Students will also have the opportunity to be paired with career advisors who are there to share first-hand experiences and offer personalized advice to help them hone professional skills.
Applications received before the priority deadline (January 15th, 2017) will be considered for a merit-based fellowship. iMEP program has received a donation from Bay Environmental Technology (Beijing) Corp (Bayeco) to establish the Bayeco Environment Fellowship. The fellowship will be allocated to attract more talents with global vision and focus towards environmental challenges to enroll and study at the iMEP program.
