In February, 2020, another policy tour was conducted in Mukono district where the EfD-Mak researchers interacted with local government officials on issues of governance and Natural resources. Over 80 Participants were recorded.
The participants exhibited a high level of understanding of environment issues in the district and proposed a number of interventions to safeguard the environment. The purpose was to discuss the status of the environment and natural resources in the district and debate how to accelerate economic growth while preserving the environment
