CASCADE project will have great presence in the Climate Smart Agriculture conference in Montpellier (March 16th - 18th)

EfD- Senior Researcher Milagro Saborío will be participating as key note speaker with the presentation:  “How do coffee farmers adapt to perceived changes in climate? Evidence from Central America. “ 

The CASCADE Project will also be present with two posters exposed in this same meeting:

“Can Ecosystem-based adaptation help smallholder farmers adapt to climate change?”, lead by Celia Harvey with input from Raffaele Vignola, Jacques Avelino, Bárbara Viguera, Bruno Rapidel, Camila Donatti, Ruth Martínez, Francisco Alpízar, Milagro Saborío, Pável Bautista and José Mario Cárdenas, and based on a mix of data from household surveys, field characterizations and expert interviews, the other poster is: “Is technical information what policy makers need to take action on the climate change adaptation of smallholder farmers?”, led by Camila Donatti, with input from Ruth Martínez, Raffaele Vignola, Carlos Manuel Rodríguez and Celia Harvey, with data from decision makers from Central America and Mexico, obtained from an online survey (see posters in attached documents)
