Call for papers: the 2012 Annual World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty

The 2012 Annual World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty will take place in Washington, D.C. from April 24-25, 2011.

Held under the theme of "Land governance in a rapidly changing world", the conference aims to bring together a broad range of stakeholders to share experience on issues of relevance to the land sector. It aims to foster dialogue on how different actors can help improve land governance and how doing so can contribute to equitable growth and poverty reduction.

For its 2012 session, the World Bank Conference on Land and Poverty is launching a Call for Proposals, details of which are included in the attachment below. Please note that abstracts must be submitted electronically at www.landandpoverty.com before the deadline of Oct 31, 2011.
