Madríz, María Fernanda

María Fernanda is an administrative assistant who works closely with the experts on sustainable agribusiness. Also, she provides support to the master's degree program in Agribusiness and Sustainable Markets. 

She holds a university degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources, and for seven years, she has been gaining experience recruiting and selecting people for different positions, elaborating different types of administrative reports, managing staff, and handling accounting systems and procedures, among others. 

Additionally, María Fernanda knows how to handle international purchases and customs formalities, inventory management, ISO norms, audits, and certification of Great Place to Work.
