Habla, Wolfgang

Wolfgang is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Economics and funded by Formas COMMONS. His main research interests lie at the intersection of political economics, environmental economics and public finance. Currently, he is working on the influence of national politics on the formation of international climate policies. He obtained his PhD from the University of Munich in 2014.
