César, Emelie

Emelie César is the program co-leader for the Inclusive Green Economy in Practice for Senior Civil Servants.

She is currently working as a program manager at the EfD Global Hub. She has broad international experience working as an environmental advisor to the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, Sida, and Swedish Embassies in East and West Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe. She has also experience in collaboration with governmental agencies in East Africa and Asia, and the World Bank, OECD, GGGI, and other international organizations.
