Byakagaba, Patrick

Dr. Patrick Byakagaba is a Lecturer in the Department of Environmental Management, School of Forestry, Environmental and Geographical Sciences Makerere Universty. He holds BSc Forestry from Makerere University, Masters in Natural Resources Management and Sustainable Agriculture from the Norwegian University of Life sciences and PhD from Makerere University. He carried out post doctorate research in oil and gas governance in the Albertine region of Uganda. He has research interests in environmental governance assessment and monitoring, environmental policy and legislation, natural resource policies and laws, trade and environment, forestry in development and conflict resolution in natural resource management.
