Dr. Susan Namirembe Kavuma is a Senior Lecturer of economics at Makerere University. Susan holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nottingham which she attained as a commonwealth scholar. In addition, she holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Makerere University. Susan's research interests are in the areas of economic governance, labor, education and health economics.  Susan is a researcher for projects that are based on Development Economics, Rural Development, Economic Development Planning and Budgeting.
