Prachi Singh completed her PhD in Economics from the Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), New Delhi. Her research interests lie in development economics, applied econometrics, health and environment economics. She has also worked as an Associate Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Her research involves an impact evaluation of information campaign about arsenic contamination and how it affected marriage patterns in Bangladesh . Another ongoing research look at how exposure to vegetation fires (crop-burning) affects child health in India.
