Quartey, Vicentia

Vicentia is a bilingual communications executive with over ten years’ cumulative experience spanning the fields of communications, program management, project support, media relations and events management. A self-leader and a vibrant team player, she has provided communications support to several research/project teams, helping make their ideas and project outcomes not only sound and look better but also far reaching. 

With strong skills in developing and implementing communication strategies and plans, she has consistently delivered value on the communications side of donor-funded projects. Also, she has managed development projects across Anglophone and Francophone West Africa, working with development organizations and partners to deliver quality projects and programs to vulnerable communities.

Whether working in communications or program management, she operates with the objective to promote the interests of organizations and their stakeholders (donors, project teams, government, beneficiary communities, the media).

She is fluent in English and French, and three Ghanaian languages (Ewe, Ga, Twi), with working knowledge of Spanish.
