Dr. Tom Mwebaze is an Economics by profession. His major research interest includes; Trade, Rural Development, Poverty, Labour, Rural Development, Capacity building, Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.  He has also developed special interest in Health Economics and Climate Change. He has experience in estimation and forecasting through Econometric models for quantitative and qualitative variables.
