Mgbemene, Nkem is the Administrative Officer of Resource and Environmental Policy Research Centre (REPRC) University of Nigeria, Nsukka, EfD, Nigeria. She is a  Principal  Assistant Registrar. She possesses MFA (Nig), Certificate in General Management Course (ASCON) and Certificate in Human Resource Management (ASCON).
