Huu-Luat, Do

Huu-Luat Do, or simply Luat, is a lecturer at the School of Economics, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. He is also a PhD candidate at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. His primary research interests include environmental economics and applied microeconomics.
