Baard, Max

Maxwell is a research assistant at the Environmental Policy Research Unit (EPRU). Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Commerce in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand, and is currently completing his Masters in Economics by Dissertation at the University of Cape Town. Maxwell is passionate about environmental sustainability and using his career to enact positive socioeconomic change. With an abundance of passion and dedication for his career, Maxwell aims to promote sustainable development and improve environmental policy in South Africa and beyond.
