Mobilizing for COP 21: Thomas Sterner invited speaker to L’Université Grenoble Alpes

The 21th Conference of Parties (COP21) is to be held in Paris in December 2015. Its objective is to build consensus around an international agenda for the establishment of a low-carbon global economy. 2015 will be a key year for international climate negotiations.
The scientific community of the Grenoble-Alpes University (UGA) is structured within the COP21-UGA Group propose to mobilize awareness and better understanding of regional actors and the public concerning issues posed by climate change : its causes, its environmental consequences and its socio-economic and political implications. Thomas Sterner will be leading the following two session on October 14th:
