Milagro Saborio-Rodriguez is a senior research fellow at EfD-CA. She received her Ph.D. from Penn State University and a M.Sc degree from University of Concepcion, Chile. Currently, she is a senior researcher in the project CASCADE (Ecosystem-based Adaptation for Smallholder Subsistence and Coffee Farming Communities in Central America).
Also, she is a teacher and researcher at the School of Economics at the University of Costa Rica. Her areas of interest include adaptation of agriculture to climate change, international trade and regional development, and regulation of water pollution.
