Montsi, Kgomotso

Kgomotso Molosiwa is a doctoral candidate at EPRU, within the UCT School of Economics, where she is specialising in natural resource economics under the supervision of Prof Edwin Muchapondwa. 

She is also a lecturer in the Department of Economics at the University of Botswana. 

Her research interests include natural resources and rural development, poverty and non-market valuation, as well as the economics of climate change.

 

Research focus

Economic diversification through tourism and the implications for local communities.
