Singh Negi, Digvijay

Digvijay Singh Negi is an Assistant Professor at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai (IGIDR) and is currently on a  Fulbright-Nehru Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Charles H Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management, Cornell University. His research interests are in agricultural economics, development economics, risk and insurance and international trade. His research focuses on examining the efficacy of food security and safety nets in a stochastic setting. He is a PhD in Quantitative Economics from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), New Delhi and  holds a Master’s degrees in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi.
