EfD Tanzania actively taking part in the 2016 Impact Evaluation Evidence Summit

The Department of economics, University of Dar es Salaam in collaboration with the East African Social Science Translation (EASST) at CEGA-UC Berkeley and Strategic Impact Evaluation Fund (SIEF ) at the World Bank organized  the 2016 East Africa Impact Evaluation Workshop and Evidence Summit that was hosted  at the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania from July 12-14, 2016  . 

This is an outcome of international research networks and collaborations of one of our EfDt members   Dr. Remidius Ruhinduka who also had an opportunity to present part of his research works titled  “Credit, LPG Stove Adoption and Charcoal Consumption: Evidence from a Randomized Controlled Trial” and provide a lecture presentation on “Introduction to Experimental Methods” to the participating audience. Several other EfDt members actively participated in the summit either as conference organizers or active attendees.
