Dr. Paul M. Guthiga is a research associate with EfD in Kenya. Paul was a post-doc fellow with EfD-K from 2008 to December 2010. He is currently a Policy Analyst with International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) under the Regional Strategic Analysis and Knowledge Support System (ReSAKSS) programme.
John M. Mutua is currently working with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) of Kenya as a Senior Manager, Economic Regulation. Before he was an Assistant Policy Analyst in the Infrastructure and Economic Services Division at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA).
Dr. James Njogu is currently working in the Kenya Wildlife Service as the Head of Conventions, Biotechnology and Information Management and is also a research associate for the Environment for Development initiative in Kenya.
Maurice Juma Ogada works with the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) under the ReSAKSS programme. Before joining ILRI, Maurice was a Policy Analyst at the Kenya Institute for Public Policy Research and Analysis (KIPPRA) under the Productive Division.
Mr. Kinara holds an MSc. (Agricultural and Applied Economics) and a BSc. (Range Management) from the University of Nairobi. Currently he is serving in the Planning and Budgeting Section of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries-Kenya. He is involved in the preparation of the Regional Livelihood Resilience Project, to be implemented in Kenya, Ethiopia and Uganda.
Simon Wagura Ndiritu is currently a lecturer at Strathmore University in Kenya. He is also a research fellow of Environment for Development (EfD-Kenya). Simon completed his PhD in Economics from the Department of Economics at University of Gothenburg in 2013. He completed his MA (Economics) degree in August 2007 with the best master thesis.
