Academic Program

EfD Kenya fellows teach both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in environmental economics at the School of Economics and other departments such as the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) and the School of Journalism at the University of Nairobi. The fellows are also involved in the supervision of Masters and PhD thesis programs and provide financial support among others to graduate students undertaking a thesis in environmental and resource economics. Besides teaching and supervision, EfD-K also incorporate students who are through with their coursework into some of its ongoing projects. This way, the students are able to identify with ease their thesis research interests.
