Anthony Leiman

Tony Leiman is an associate professor at the University of Cape Town and has been researching and teaching environmental economics since 1990. In 1993/4 he spent a sabbatical year at CSERGE (University College London) which further cemented his interest in the field. His work began with the economics of project appraisal; with this he began looking at water use and dam construction and his interests expanded over the years to include the economics of mining, fisheries, bioersity, and pollution.
