Dr Shuai Chen obtained his Ph.D. degree at the College of Environmental Sciences and Engineering, Peking University (China) in 2014. After that, he worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University for nearly two years. He is currently a ‘Hundred-Talent Programme’ Researcher at the China Academy for Rural Development (CARD), Zhejiang University (China). Methodologies of his research include applied economics, applied econometrics, spatial econometrics and mathematical programming methods. His research interests include climate change, rural labour supply, air pollution and human migration.
